This website, marigoldbookkeepingservices.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Marigold Bookkeeping Services, founded by Brooke Wedel, a business operating under the laws of Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

In these Terms of Use (the “Terms”), “you” and “your” refer to any individual user of our Site, and if you are using this Site on behalf of your employer, “you” also includes your employer and you confirm you have authority to bind your employer to these Terms.

FEES AND REFUNDS
Fees

All fees (“Fees”) are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change Fees at any time without notice. Any changes will not affect Services already purchased or agreed upon in a signed client agreement.

Refunds

For bookkeeping and related professional Services, we do not provide refunds.
Any refunds issued are solely at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks

You agree to contact us and allow fourteen (14) days for us to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

If a chargeback is filed, we may provide proof of your acceptance of these Terms and revoke access to any Services or materials.

Payment Authorization

If using a payment plan or recurring payment, you authorize our continued access to your chosen payment method until payments are completed as agreed.



INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS

All Site content including text, copy, designs, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, digital downloads, checklists, PDFs, templates, and all other intellectual property (“Intellectual Property”) is owned by Marigold Bookkeeping Services unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, publish, resell, or use our Intellectual Property for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Linking to Our Site

DISPUTES AND CLAIMS
Notice of Dispute

If the dispute cannot be resolved within ninety (90) days, either party may request mediation in Chilliwack, British Columbia. Costs will be shared equally.

Litigation

If mediation does not resolve the issue, legal proceedings must be commenced in the courts of Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada.

Jury and Class Action Waiver

You waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial.

Time Limitation

Any dispute must be filed within two (2) years of the event giving rise to the claim.



GENERAL
Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, form the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder stays in effect.

Waiver
